Precipitated

I just came back from a 4 days trip to Seoul with my friends. This time, my trip to Seoul was different from the one I went in my first year. We skipped all the museums, and historical sites. We basically hung out at Myongdong, Hongdae, Gangnam, Garosugil. In the third day, we went to Everland though. It was rained daily including the third day so we couldn't really ride most of the amusement rides. So, yeah it was pretty boring. But apart from Everland, I had a really great time.

Oh and the first day of the trip was also my first day of fasting! Yup, it's Ramadhan! Happy fasting!

Vamos!

"What is Leadership?
Going Together!"

Last week, I participated in TGLC (Tomorrow's Global Leadership Camp) which was located at DongEui University. I didn't expect I would have such a great time. I met awesome people from all around the world. Lectures were really inspiring. It was such a great opportunity to able to listen to all the lectures from those inspiring leaders. I learned a lot from this camp.

We were all divided into teams. Our team name is "Vamos" which means let's go in spanish. We chose "let's go" because it's something one say at a starting point. Our team members came from Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Peru. Due to the fact that no one spoke fluent english, it was a bit frustrating to communicate at first. But as time goes by, we got to know each other and understand each other. It's amazing how we became a family in just a week. Even though we were different, we became one.

To be a great leader, instead of leading people, one should nudge people. That is one of the many great quotes I learned in this camp.

Stripy Mods

The weather was perfect for shooting another "Outfit of the day" video. Though, it rained a bit at the end. So, we hurriedly wrapped up the shoot. This time, "Stripes" was the theme. One of my favorite patterns. We went to Cafe de Mods for a late lunch. The cafe is located right next to Bukyong University. I love how the detailed little things are used as decorations in this cafe. It didn't feel like I was in Korea. Pretty different.

And here's a video of it
